Upon graduation from the Mopar College Automotive Program (CAP), the CAP student is employed by the sponsoring dealership full-time. Research has shown that 10 years after graduation 70% of CAP graduates are still employed at Chrysler dealerships with 40% of those employed at their original sponsoring dealers.
